THIN LAYER CEMENT SCREED – CT-C30-F5-AR2

For making thin (6-15 mm), top layers of new and old (reclaimed) concrete floors. For use in areas exposed to heavy traffic, such as warehouses, industrial halls, parking lots, etc. Romix SR40 contains specially selected aggregate with a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale, Portland cement and suitable chemical additives. It can be produced in gray, light gray A, light gray AP, dark gray, graphite, red, orange, yellow, green, light green, blue and white.

 

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT PARAMETERS:

• abrasion resistance – AR2,
• release of corrosive substances: CT,
• reaction to fire: class A1fl,
• flexural strength: F5,
• compressive strength: C30.

 

BENEFITS:

• provides a smooth, uniform, dust-free, tight and durable floor, resistant to heavy traffic,
• does not contain metal particles,
• only slightly raises the level of the reclaimed floor,
• has high mechanical strength,
• the floor is characterized by a short maturation period, which reduces the repair time,
• supplied as a ready-to-use mixture complete with contact preparation,
• contains an anti-shrinkage fiber, thus minimizing the occurrence of microcracks.
